Lead Web Developer

Creative Agency - hybrid - Sheffield-based

Salary up to £38,000

Chase Recruitment is working in partnership with a creative Marketing Agency that applies dynamic digital communications to campaigns that capture hearts and minds, creating high-quality, contemporary and innovative digital solutions.

As a Mid-Level Developer with a minimum of 3 years commercial experience, you have the opportunity to bring your skills to an award-winning agency - and to join a team of passionate and talented people, who can really make a difference.

The Role

  • Creating, developing and maintaining website and apps
  • Providing creative ideas for projects and campaigns
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Mentoring junior developers and supporting in their CPD
  • Deliver best practice in UX & UI

The Technical Spec

  • Must have commercial experience of HTML5 / CSS3
  • Have knowledge of PHP and MySQL
  • Be experienced in JavaScript
  • Able to develop with Gutenberg blocks in WordPress
  • Understand PSR coding standards

This is a hybrid-role, so you must be able to commute to Sheffield each week.
