Deputy Manager, up to 35k per annum, family feel, supportive Nursing Home based in Blyth.

Chase Recruitment are working with an established Nursing Home to find a Deputy Manager to join their team. Our client prides themselves on being a supportive, family feel team who provide "Good" care to their clients. They are looking for a Deputy Manager with a valid NMC Pin to join their team.

Our client is looking for a Deputy Manager with an active Nursing Pin or someone who is ready to step up to Unit Manager and lead a team. Your main role would be to support the existing Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to provide exceptional care to the service users. The role of the Deputy Manager is not heavily clinical, but it does require you to have a valid NMC Pin and nursing experience.
