Team Manager - £25,000 - Lincoln based national care support for people with disabilities and care needs.

Chase Recruitment are working with a national care provider who supports people aged 18 and over with learning disabilities, mental ill health, autism and associated complex behavioural needs.

They focus on promoting independence via a range of accommodation types including support in shared houses, individual apartments or houses and specialist, bespoke accommodation.

Our client are seeking a Team Manager for their Lincoln provision and are looking for an individual to:-

  • Provide leadership, management and support to the Lincoln team in order to maintain the highest quality of standard
  • Proactively assist with opportunities for growth and development of the service whilst protecting and safeguarding the Company's values and culture.
  • Understand and promote a person centred and needs led approach in order to deliver a quality service which fully complies with the values, policies and procedures of the business
  • Work in partnership with outside agencies, maintaining relationships and ensuring a better quality of service to the users
  • Be willing to further develop skills and knowledge through company led and external training programs

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Experience working with a similar service for at least 2 years
  • Experience of learning disabilities, mental health, autism and complex behaviourial needs
  • A minimum Level 2 qualification in Health and Social care
  • A willingness to complete Level 3/4 qualification
  • A brave and compassionate approach with a caring, can-do attitude
