Team Leader - Leeds - Up to £27,500 (Includes Sleeps) - Progression opportunities available - Leeds

Chase Recruitment have partnered with a fantastic new client and are looking for a Team Leader to join a residential home for adults living with learning disabilities in Leeds.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience managing a team of staff to provide outstanding care to the residents, in a service that has recently been rated GOOD by CQC. As the Team Leader, you would be responsible for running the floor on a day-to-day basis while supporting the Home Manager with creating care plans, scheduling rotas and developing the team of support staff.

To be considered for this Team Leader vacancy, you will need:

  • NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a registered care setting
  • Experience working with and supporting individuals with learning disabilities
  • Knowledge of DOLS and Mental Capacity and Safeguarding for Adults
  • Calm and relaxed approach with an ability to be ordered and precise
