We are working with a residential children's home based in West Bromwich who are looking to recruit a talented, motivated and career focused Team Leader for a permanent role within a children's home.
The role of requires an experienced professional to lead and motivate a talented group of RCW's in caring for young people with EBD. They will be knowledgeable in the childcare sector and will act as a role model to the team they support.
Chase Recruitment would like to hear from people who:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People workforce - this is essential
- Have previous residential childcare experience working with children
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
