Chase Recruitment is supporting a small bespoke care provider based in Blaby, Leicester who focus on high quality residential support for elderly and dementia residents.
They are looking for a Team Leader who is ready to take on an exciting challenge and is looking for future career progression

As a Team Leader, your main duties include:-
- Support with the scheduling/rostering of rotas
- Supporting the manager with Care planning
- Managing the floor on a day-to-day basis
- Staff and Service User compliance checks
- Sharing with the on call
- Delivering care
- Attending meetings and being a supportive member of the team

The ideal team leader care candidate will have:-
- 12 months or more experience in a team leader care role
- 2 years experience within the Care Sector (ideally with dementia and the elderly)
- The ability to build positive relationships with client and colleagues
- Good judgement and integrity
- Can take the initiative
