Team Leader Children's Home - Bradford - Up to £33k and excellent benefits

Chase Recruitment are working in partnership with an established residential care home for children in Bradford with the recruitment of a Team Leader.

The home accommodates young people with social, emotional and mental health needs and is part of an integrated therapeutic provision with a learning centre on-site.

The Team Leader will provide guidance and support to other team members and act as a mentor for new staff.

Our client prides themselves on providing a high quality living experience for their young people - including en-suite bathrooms for each person!

Applicants should have the Level 3 diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent and hold a driving licence. They must have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar setting and role.

They need to be enthusiastic and resilient and good with children and adults.
