Team Leader - Leicester - £23k to £25k - Career progression, supportive management team and friendly environment

Chase Recruitment is supporting a small bespoke care provider based in Blaby, Leicester who focus on high quality residential support for elderly and dementia residents.

They are looking for a Team Leader who is ready to take on an exciting challenge and is looking for future career progression

As a Team Leader, your main duties include:-

  • Support with the scheduling/rostering of rotas
  • Supporting the manager with Care planning
  • Managing the floor on a day-to-day basis
  • Staff and Service User compliance checks
  • Sharing with the on call
  • Delivering care
  • Attending meetings and being a supportive member of the team

The ideal team leader care candidate will have:-

  • 12 months or more experience in a team leader care role
  • 2 years experience within the Care Sector (ideally with dementia and the elderly)
  • The ability to build positive relationships with client and colleagues
  • Good judgement and integrity
  • Can take the initiative
