We are currently looking for a Support Worker to join the team in a residential home in High Peak, working both as part of a team and individually to provide care of the highest quality to the service users.

You'll be working with a specialized care provider to support adults with mental health, learning difficulties, challenging behaviour, and individuals under the autism spectrum, making a huge difference in their lives!

As a Support Worker, your role would include:

  • Providing amazing care for a group of inpatients, supporting them towards independent living.
  • Work with the management and other team members to provide the best levels of care available.
  • A flexible approach to care, putting the individual first.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.

The ideal Support Worker will have:

  • Previous experience is preferred but not necessary as full training will be included with this role.
  • A caring and compassionate nature with a desire to help and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
