We are looking for a Support Workers in the Leeds area to join a growing home care team and make a positive difference to the lives of those who need it most.
Support Workers must have a valid driving licence and their own vehicle - this is essential.
Each day will be different and duties as a Home Care Worker will include:
- Personal Care
- Supporting with mobility
- Companionship
- Meal preparation and general cleaning
- Working mainly with elderly/dementia clients
