Team Leader, Children's Home - Wigan - Up to £27,000 plus bonuses - MUST DRIVE

We are working with a residential children's home based in Wigan who are looking to recruit a talented, motivated and career focused Residential Childcare Worker Team Leader for a permanent role.

The role of requires an experienced professional to lead and motivate a talented group of Residential Childcare Workers (RCW's) in caring for children with EBD. They will be knowledgeable in the childcare sector and will act as a role model to the team they support.

  • Have previous residential childcare experience working with children
  • Are ambitious and thrive in seeing others succeed
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People workforce - this is essential
