Children's Residential Support Worker - Burton-On-Trent

Salary between £24,040 to £25,120 including sleeps

We are currently looking for a Residential Care Worker (RCW) to join a team in a residential home in Burton-On-Trent, working both as part of a team and individually to provide care of the highest quality to the service users. You'll be working with a specialized care provider to support young people with EBD and making a huge difference in their lives!

As an RCW, your role would include:

  • Providing amazing care for a group of children and young people, offering them a safe and stable environment to grow.
  • Work with the management and other team members to provide the best levels of care available.
  • A flexible approach to care, putting the individual first.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
