Chase Recruitment provided my small, specialised company with a highly professional yet personalised service. They captured our staffing needs well, combining our knowledge and their years of experience. The communication was regular and responsive. I will certainly be using them again.

I have worked in school development and teacher recruitment for over 4 years. One area we have consistently struggled to recruit to in this time is Design and Technology. Having received contact from Gino, who had previously assisted the trust, we mentioned that despite numerous adverts we had not been able to appoint in this subject area. Gino quickly followed up on our request and was able to introduce the Trust to a high quality candidate who we would go on to appoint. Throughout the process Gino was completely transparent and the lines of communication were open making the process an incredibly smooth one. Following appointment, Gino has been in contact to check that there have been no issues and he has also assisted with attaining additional paperwork as the candidate had previously worked overseas. Nothing has been too much trouble for Gino throughout the process.

Thank you for all the support and guidance while I was looking for a new role. You provided a very knowledgeable and professional sounding board and made some great suggestions. You were also very easy to talk to across a wide range of subjects which led to us building a great rapport very quickly.
