We have a new and exciting opportunity for a career minded individual looking for their next step in care with a position as an OFSTED Registered Manager position in a 3-bed Children's Home for young people between 11 and 17 years old with EBD in the Bedford area.
You will play an instrumental role in the development and growth of a young business; this is a fantastic opportunity to manage and develop a service.
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to run the service and lead a team with the support of the directors.
As the Registered Manager, your role will be to ensure OFSTED requirements are met at all times and compliance is properly adhered to.
The ideal Registered Manager will have:
- At least 2 years experience as a Registered Manager within a children's home.
- Will hold or be working towards a Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Comprehensive understanding of OFSTED requirements
