We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager position in a Children's Home supporting young people with autism, LD and complex needs in Warrington, Cheshire. This is with a successful and established children home provider.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Registered Manager to run the service and are also accepting applications from Deputy Manager's looking for the next step.
As the Registered Manager, your role will be to ensure OFSTED requirements are met at all times and compliance is properly adhered to.
For this role, you will need:
- Experience working with children and young people with learning difficulties or complex needs
- Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and either holding or willing to work towards a Level 5
- Comprehensive understanding of Safeguarding and OFSTED
- A valid UK driving licence
