Registered Manager OFSTED - Leeds - Circa £45k and wonderful environment and setting

We have a new and exciting opportunity a Registered Manager position in a Children's Home supporting young people with complex needs in the Leeds area.

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to run the service and are also accepting applications from Deputy Manager's looking for the next step.

As the Registered Manager, your role will be to ensure OFSTED requirements are met at all times and compliance is properly adhered to.

For this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children and young people with learning difficulties or complex needs
  • Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and either holding or willing to work towards a Level 5
  • Comprehensive understanding of Safeguarding and OFSTED
  • A valid UK driving licence
