Chase Recruitment are working in partnership on the recruitment of a Registered Manager for a Children home based in Tipton, Dudley.
This is a great time to join this company as the Registered Manager will have the opportunity to influence and personalise the new home. In addition , the Registered Manager will have the opportunity to progress to Responsible Individual within 18/24 months role.
This type of opportunity does not present itself often and is a genuinely an exciting career prospect for an establish Registered Manager looking to progress their career to the next level.
Successful applicants must have previous experience as a Registered Manager of a successful OFSTED registered children home with either a good or outstanding rating.

Registered Managers will have:-
- Ideally a level 5 or equivalent qualification in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People) or a willingness to complete
- Must hold at least a level 3 diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in a children home
- A strong knowledge of care standards in children homes including child protection issues
