Chase Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced, career minded Registered Manager to join a new start-up domiciliary care provider in Bedfordshire
With exciting career progression on offer, you will play a key role in the development and growth of a young business.
This a multi-site role, working throughout the Bedfordshire region with primarily elderly clients.
As a Registered Manager, you role will ensure CQC requirements are met at all times and compliance is properly adhered to.
You will:-
- Be responsible for rota planning, scheduling and allocating
- Recruit care and support workers, and mentor, train and develop through a structured learning and development plan
- Manage day-to-day running of the office
- Support with business development opportunities
- Liase with professional organisations
- Update and maintain all admin systems
- Deliver a quality service to your clients while ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have:-
- Experience in as a Registered Manager/Care Coordinator
- An understanding of CQC inspections
- Good knowledge of delivering domiciliary care
- A valid UK driving licence
- Experience of care planning and managing user records
- Solid budget management skills
