BackApply NowRegistered Manager for a Children's Home - Northampton - £50,000 starting salary with flexible working.
We are looking for a Registered OFSTED Manager for a new children's home based in Kempstone, we are accepting applications from Deputy Managers looking for their next step.
The home provides children and young people from 11-17 years of age with EBD with a safe and nurturing environment where they can work toward reaching their full potential.
Registered Managers must have previous experience of managing a successful OFSTED registered children home with either a good or outstanding OFSTED rating.
For this role, you will need:
- A level 5 or equivalent qualification in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People) or a willingness to work toward
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working at a management level with children
- A strong knowledge of care standards including child protection issues and working with EBD children
This is a role where you can and grow the home in your own way with the help of supportive directors.
