We have a new and exciting opportunity for a career minded individual looking for their next step in care with a position as a Registered Manager position in a Supported Living site.
You will play an instrumental role in the development and growth of a young business; this is a fantastic opportunity to manage and develop a service.
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to run the service and lead a team with the support of the directors.
As the Care Manager, your role will be to ensure CQC requirements are met at all times and compliance is properly adhered to.
As a Registered Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for rota planning, scheduling, recruitment and training of staff
- Ensure the delivery of quality, person-centred care
- Understand the nature of a 24-hour service and to be flexible regarding working hours and patterns when required
- Support with business development opportunities
- Update and maintain all admin systems
The ideal Care Manager will have:
- Experience as a Deputy Manager/Care Coordinator role in supported living environment
- Will be qualified to at least level 4 - Level 5 would be desirable but not essential
- Comprehensive understanding of CQC inspections
- A valid UK driving licence
- Experience of care planning and managing user records
