We are looking for a new Registered Manager to lead the team of a residential 90-bed nursing home with a 'GOOD' inspection rating. As an experienced Registered Manager you would be there to support and provide innovative and bespoke packages of care to some of the most vulnerable people in the area who are experiencing a variety of care needs, including dementia.
This is an exciting new opportunity for a Registered Manager with strong decision-making skills, a keen understanding of current care legislation and knowledge of budget management to join a not-for-profit home in the Aylesbury area.
For this role, you will have the following:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Manager within a similar setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Management is essential
- Must have a valid NMC pin
- Experience managing a large team or in a similar sized home.
- Knowledge of and experience of working to CQC regulations and requirements
