We have a fantastic opportunity for a Domiciliary Care Manager in the Chesterfield area.
We are looking for a Registered Manager, or a Deputy with the right experience, to join a national service providing home care and lead a team of staff in delivering the highest levels of care.
Your responsibilities as a Registered Manager will include:
- Provide leadership, management and the highest level of support and training to the team to ensure the very best outcomes.
- Achieving the highest levels of compliance with regards to regulations, laws, quality standards and policies
- Completing and continuously improving the Assessments, Risk Assessments and Support Plans.
For this role, the right Registered Manager would need:
- Hold, or be working towards, a QCF Level 5 qualification in Care Leadership and Management.
- In depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores
- Management experience in the care industry is essential.
