Registered Manager Domiciliary Care - Leeds - Up to £45k basic, great benefits and profit share

Chase Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced, Domiciliary Care Registered Manager to join a stable and successful team based near Pudsey, Leeds.

With genuine career progression on offer, our client is looking for someone who has a passion for customer service, determination and drive to further develop a talented team. Ideally they will have proven experience working in the domiciliary care sector.

As a family business, you will be fully supported by hands-on directors and will also have the opportunity to shape the future of the service. They have a loyal team of support staff who have been with the business since the beginning. They are not run by external shareholders and not driven by profits.

The Registered Manager will:-

  • Work within and maintain the company quality management system and adhere to the CQC standards and regulations
  • Maintain a high quality service working in partnership with colleagues to manage and support all services
  • Ensure the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment person centred planning and regular outcome focused reviews of the service
  • Ensure compliance with company development and training, supervision, probation and appraisal policies
  • Support with business development opportunities
  • Liase and build relationships with professional organisations

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Experience in as a Registered Manager of a domiciliary care service
  • Experience working as a Deputy Manager of a domiciliary service
  • Will hold at least a level 3
  • Proven understanding of CQC KLOE's, regulations and inspections
  • Strong knowledge of delivering a domiciliary care service
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Solid budget management skills
