Registered Manager - Leeds - Up to £38k, performance related salary increases

Chase Recruitment are looking to recruit a career minded Registered Manager to join a home care team based in Leeds.

This position is either for a Registered Manager or a deputy manager or care coordinator of a domiciliary care business looking to progress to a Registered Manager in the very near future.

With genuine career progression on offer, you will play an instrumental role in the development and growth of an already successful and thriving domiciliary care business.

You will be fully supported, offered level 5 training and have full autonomy without constraints or being micromanaged.

As the Registered Manager, your role will be to ensure CQC requirements are met at all times and compliance is properly adhered to.

You will:-

  • Be responsible for rota planning, scheduling and allocating
  • Recruit care and support workers, and mentor, train and develop through a structured learning and development plan
  • Support on the business development with guidance from the directors
  • Understand the nature of a 24 hour service and to be flexible regarding working hours and patterns when required
  • Support with business development opportunities
  • Liase and build relationships with professional organisations
  • Update and maintain all admin systems

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Registered Manager or a minimum 12 months experience as a Deputy Manager/Care Coordinator role in a domiciliary setting
  • Will be qualified to at least level 4 - Level 5 would be desirable but not essential
  • A good understanding of CQC inspections
  • Good knowledge of delivering a domiciliary care service
  • Experience of developing and growing a service
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Experience of care planning and managing user records
  • Solid budget management skills
