Chase Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced, Domiciliary Care Registered Manager to join a stable and successful team in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
With genuine career progression on offer, our client is looking for someone who has a passion for customer service, determination and drive to further develop a talented team. Ideally they will have proven experience working in the domiciliary care sector.
The Registered Manager will:-
- Work within and maintain the company quality management system and adhere to the CQC standards and regulations
- Maintain a high quality service working in partnership with colleagues to manage and support all services
- Ensure the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment person centred planning and regular outcome focused reviews of the service
- Ensure compliance with company development and training, supervision, probation and appraisal policies
- Support with business development opportunities
- Liase and build relationships with professional organisations
The ideal candidate will have:-
- Experience in as a Registered Manager of a domiciliary care service
- Experience working as a Deputy Manager of a domiciliary service
- Will hold at least a level 3
- Proven understanding of CQC KLOE's, regulations and inspections
- Strong knowledge of delivering a domiciliary care service
- A valid UK driving licence
- Solid budget management skills
