Chase Recruitment are searching for an experienced OFSTED Registered Manager for a dual registered post in Chorley, Lancashire. The position is to manage 2 homes with a total of 4 children between them.
Staffing in the homes is stable and the RI is supportive and always available.
This is a a growing and developing company providing placements to vulnerable children and young people who have experienced trauma in their lives.
They work closely with professionals, families, and the young people to ensure that the young persons needs are always met. The team is dynamic and the leaders are always visible within their homes.
The Registered Manager will:-
- Demonstrate robust Leadership and Management skills
- Excellent working knowledge of the Children Home Regulations and Quality standards
- Responsible for the organisation of work rotas
- Delivering of training
- Accessing appropriate services to support the childcare practices within the homes

If you have a relevant Level 5 qualification in Management (or equivalent), over 2 years experience of OFSTED registration and management of a residential children home in the position of a Registered Manager, then get in contact today.
