Chase Recruitment are working in partnership with a large, 'OFSTED' outstanding residential care home for young people with the recruitment of a Registered Manager.

They provide stability and support to children who are unable to settle into family life and need people to listen and believe in them.

Our client are looking to recruit a Registered Manager based out of Staffordshire.

It is essential that applicants are fully Registered Managers, have experience and, in particular have good knowledge of children with Emotional Behavioural Disorders.

The job duties include:-

  • Establishing and maintaining good quality practice in Residential care and education
  • Ensure the positive development of young people in their care
  • Through the use of the community, supporting the social and learning aspects of young people
  • Providing leadership and guidance to workers
  • Manage staff welfare, staff absence etc
  • Budget management, including home budgeting estimates
  • Ensuring the home is Health and Safety compliant

This is for a 2 bed, EBD home based in Staffordshire and is a fantastic opportunity to work with a friendly, employee focused childcare organisation.
