Chase Recruitment are looking for a Registered Manager for a flagship luxury residential care home in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.
Our client is looking for a passionate and inspiring leader ideally with previous experience of managing a care home.
The successful Registered Manager (Care Home Manager) will create an ethos and culture for the new home, help write policies and procedures and ensure robust quality assurance processes are in place.
This is an exciting role, which is highly autonomous with genuine career progression and an outstanding, supportive senior management team.

Essential criteria:
- Have work as a CQC Registered Manager previously
- Ideally experience of managing a care home
- Experience recruiting, mentoring, and coaching a care team
- Can-do attitude, good organisational skills
- Passionate in delivering the highest standard of care
- Ideally hold a level 5 in Health and Social Care
