Our client are looking for a talented Registered Manager who is inspiring and passionate about care. They will consider a Deputy Manager with experience of working in residential care homes who is ready for the next stage of their career.
They specialise in providing support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs through person centred care.
The Registered Manager will manage the day to day running of a care home, including line management and personal development of employees.
Registered Manager will:
Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, including local authorities, families, internal/external contacts and the community
Ensure service's standards are maintained high, in line with current legislation, meeting CQC requirements and other regulation and compliance benchmarks
Provide leadership, management and support to the team and the wider group
Seek opportunities to promote business growth and continually look to improve existing services, ensuring issues are identified and resolved promptly
Registered Manager must have:
A level 3 or 5 in social care (or a willingness to take on a level 5)
A minimum of two year's experience of working at management level with in a care home
Excellent knowledge of regulatory responsibilities and willingness to undertake the Registered Manager application process with CQC
Thorough understanding of safeguarding procedures and processes
The ability to manage and develop a team
