Registered Manager up to £40,000 per annum, supportive, family-feel company, East Molesey.
Chase Recruitment are working with an ever growing, supportive, family-feel company to recruit a Registered Manager to join their team. Our client provides residential care for older adults with dementia and strive to provide the best care for their service users whilst providing a family feel and supportive environment to work in. The home benefits from an excellent reputation in the local area too.
Our client is offering:
- A competitive salary up to £40,000

The ideal Registered Manager will have:
- At least 3 years' experience in residential care
- At least 2 years' experience in a managerial role
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Full UK Driving License
The duties of the Registered Manager include but are not limited to:
- To provide robust and effective management and compliance of one of our residential services.
- To ensure the highest level of care standards are upheld in line with the CQC.
- To oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support to all individuals including contribution to development of support plans, risk assessments and review documents.
- To lead and motivate a dedicated staff team, providing support and regular supervisions to enable their development.
- To contribute proactively to the development, implementation, maintenance and management of systems, processes, procedures and / or standards within the area of responsibility
