Registered Manager up to £38000 per annum, passionate supportive team- Eastbourne
Chase Recruitment are working with a residential home provider for adults with mild to moderate mental health. Our client is looking for an exceptional and experienced Registered manager who is motivational, inspiring, and passionate about their role.

The ideal Registered Manager will:
- Have a Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Have a minimum of one years' experience of working at management level
- Have undergone CQC Registration previously
- Have a Full UK driving license
The duties of the Registered Manager include:
- Managing the day to day running of the service, including line management and ongoing development of employees
- Building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders, including but not limited to local authorities, families, internal/external contacts and the community
- Ensuring our service's standards are high, in line with current legislation, meeting CQC requirements and other regulative quality and compliance benchmarks
- Providing leadership, management and support to your team and the wider group
- Seeking opportunities to promote business growth and continually look to improve existing services, ensuring issues are identified and resolved promptly.
