Chase Recruitment are looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager for a 12 bedded Nursing Home for adults with learning and physical disabilities and complex health needs. The RM will be responsible for Qualified Nurses and Support Worker and will ensure all personal care needs of service users are met and will enable service users to fulfil a variety of activities and opportunities on a day to day basis.
Our client is a Not-for-Profit organisation that supports individuals with mental ill health, autism, learning disabilities and dementia. They provide innovative, professional, high quality support services to people across the spectrum of needs and particularly at a higher level of complexity.
Applicants must:-
- Be eligible to be registered with the CQC as a Registered Manager to this service
- Be on the live UKCC/NMC register
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in health or learning disability
- Have a full driving licence and access to own car
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a management position
- Be flexible and willing to take on-call duties
The RM is central to ensuring that the company achieves its goal of providing quality care to the most vulnerable individuals in society. They will ensure the effective and efficient management and development of the service in line with the organisation's strategy, ensuring regulatory, organisational and contract compliance, whilst at all times promoting the values and brand through high quality support of it's service users.
