Registered Manager, up to £42,000 plus performance related bonuses- Stoke on Trent

Chase Recruitment are working with well-established, well ran children's home provider who provide holistic care for EBD children. Our client is searching for Registered Manager to join their team for small home based in Stoke on Trent.

In return our client will offer:

  • Working Hours: (Mon-Fri) 9-5pm

The duties of the Registered Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing OFSTED visits and audits
  • Establishing and maintaining good quality practice in Residential care and education
  • Ensure the positive development of young people in their care
  • Using the community, supporting the social and learning aspects of young people
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the team

The ideal Registered Manager will have:

  • Level 5 in leadership and management in Children and Young people or working towards this
  • Valid and enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential care for children
  • Full UK Driving License
  • The ability to provide consistency of care and support to the young people.
