OFSTED Registered Manager- Solo Placement Home- Up to 45k DOE- Milton Keynes

Chase Recruitment are working with and established and growing children's residential care provider to recruit an OFSTED Registered Manager to join their team in Milton Keynes.

Successful applicants must have:

  • A Level 5 diploma in Leadership & Management
  • 2 years' experience in a management role in children's residential
  • Successful management of an OFSTED 'Good' or 'Outstanding' children home
  • Superior knowledge of care standards including child protection issues
  • Full UK Driving License

Duties include, but are not limited to:-

  • Providing leadership and direction to the team
  • Establishing and maintaining good quality practice in Residential care
  • Ensure the positive development of staff and young people under your management
  • Overseeing staff development and improving the skills base within your team
