Chase Recruitment is working with a service who operate supported living services for people with learning difficulties, mental health needs and brain injuries in supported living settings.
Our client is looking to recruit a Registered Care Manager based from their Wolverhampton location. They will focus mainly on the north of Birmingham and will work closely with a talented management and support team.
Duties include:-
- Leading teams, mentoring and carrying out supervisions and appraisals
- Fostering a positive work environment, ensuring best practice through training and development
- Working to CQC Regulations and Quality standards
- Developing and maintaining key relationships with staff, families and agencies
- Manage day-today service delivery
- Understanding and management of budgets
Our client is looking for an inspirational leader who can manage and build a talented team while focused on high-quality care and service for young people and adults.
You must have:-
- NVQ Level 5 or similar with Leadership and management
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
This is a family run business with a supportive management team and progression available due to growth plans.
