Chase Recruitment are looking to recruit a Regional Manager to join a successful home care team based out of Leeds.
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Regional Manager is responsible for the effective management and supervision of the Registered Manager and will provide an excellent provision of service to our customers, clients and colleagues on a daily basis.
They will ensure compliance with national minimum standards and using effective rostering to fully utilise staff hours and drive employee engagement.
With genuine career progression on offer, you will play an instrumental role in the development and growth of an already successful and thriving domiciliary care business.
As the Regional Manager, your role will be to ensure CQC requirements are met at all times and compliance is properly adhered to.
In addition, you will:-
- Participate in Staff, Team and Quality Management Review Meetings
- Recruit care and support workers, and mentor, train and develop through a structured learning and development
- Manage the Domiciliary Care Service within budgeted targets
- Liaise as needed with external professional care organisations
- Manage processes and projects to improve the functions of all areas of the branch
The ideal candidate will be:-
- Registered Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience in domiciliary care
- Will hold Level 5 or equivalent
- An excellent understanding of CQC inspections
- Experience of developing and growing a service and team
- A valid UK driving licence
- Experience of care planning and managing user records
- Solid budget management skills
