Chase Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading non-for-profit residential care provider of children with the recruitment of a Regional Manager/ Head of Children Services.
The Regional Manager will oversee a group of 3 homes situated next to each other and the Assistant Managers and will hold Registered Manager status for the group of homes.
They support children and young adults with severe, profound and complex learning disabilities, sensory impairment and additional communication, physical and health related needs from locations across the UK.
They are looking to recruit a Regional Manager based near or in Stockport who ideally has had experience in a similar senior role for a children's home provider.
You'll know how to develop a team and improve outcomes for young people in your care. You'll be enthusiastic, resilient and good with people, and able to make key decisions to inspire, develop and grow the leaders of the future.
You must hold a the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent to be considered for this role and have worked with in children homes for over 5 years.
A full UK driving license is essential for the role.
