Permanent role £35,000 - £38,000 p.a.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Communications Services Manager to join an award-winning creative agency - and one that prides itself on it's social conscience.
Chase Recruitment is looking for someone to bring their experience, energy and drive to this busy agency, that provides a great mix of challenge and reward.
We're keen to speak to Marketing Communications specialists who can strategise and deliver their Marcomms knowledge across digital marketing and social media platforms.
The Role
- Workflow and overall marcomms team management
- Relationship management for key clients
- Line management and resource management
- Actively engaged and responsible for the development of Marcomms services offer
- Project scoping - requirements gathering and producing briefs/specifications
The Person
- Marcomms strategy and delivery including project management
- Line management and development of individuals
- Excellent knowledge of the delivery of a range of Marcomms services including digital marketing and social media marketing
- Workflow and resource management
- Proven ability to think strategically
Your Skills
- Marketing and communications strategy, design of campaigns and delivery of integrated marketing accounts
- HR and recruitment - people management, ideally of a team with a range of skill sets
- Service development, specifically within client services
- Strategic business development, specifically around marketing strategy and consultancy
- Costing, budget management and tender writing/input
