BackApply NowSenior Manager or Responsible Individual opportunity - Children Homes - Based out of Solihull, Birmingham and working across West Midlands - Circa £55k to £60k DOE
Chase Recruitment are working in partnership with an established residential care home provider for children with the recruitment of a Senior Manager.
This is an integral role for the business and requires a talented and experienced Registered Manager who is either looking to step up or is currently working as a Regional Manager, Area Manager or Director of a residential children home provider.
You will be an inspirational leader, a proven motivator and strong manager of teams with the ambition and energy to maintain and build a talented and 'Outstanding' team.
Experience must include:-
- Management of multiple sites
- Proven ability to build and lead multiple successful teams
- Significant experience and thorough knowledge of the OFSTED inspection process
- Evidence of achieving outstanding outcomes for children/young people throughout career
- Supporting and managing challenging staffing situations and remaining positive and supportive at all times
- Detailed knowledge of the Quality Standards 2015 and Children's Homes Regulations
- Must have been a Registered Manager of a children home previously
Applicants should come with a professional qualification - the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent as a minimum.
They need to be enthusiastic, resilient and good with people, and able to make challenging key decisions.
They should also have an ability to inspire, develop and grow teams.
A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
