We are looking for a Deputy Manager with strong admin skills to join a small residential home for adults living with learning disabilities in Leeds.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience managing a team in a care setting to join a service that has recently been rated GOOD by CQC.
For this role, we are accepting applications from Team Leader/Seniors to support the Home Manager with administration, care planning, supporting with daily activities for residents, staff appraisals, supervisions and running the home in the managers absence.
To be considered for this Deputy Manager vacancy, you will need:
- NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a registered care setting
- Must have a full UK driving licence
