We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join a private care home based in Leeds to work both as part of a team and individually, ensuring that all clients are receiving care of the highest quality. This is a full-time role with a brilliant bonus scheme in place for the right individual.
Ideally, you will have previous experience with leading a team and working with elderly clients with levels of dementia.
You'll be an invaluable part of a team, involved with the supervision and development of your staff. The role will require you to be flexible in your work, ready and willing to step in and support your colleagues and other departments in a hands-on capacity if necessary.

For this role you must have completed or be in the process of completing your NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
