Deputy Manager, up to £29,000 plus performance related bonuses- West Brom

Chase Recruitment are working with well-established, well ran children's home provider who provide holistic care for EBD children. Our client is searching for Deputy Manager to join their team for small home based in West Brom.

  • Working Hours: (Mon-Fri) 9-5pm

The ideal Registered Manager will have:

  • Level 4/5 in leadership and management in Children and Young people or working towards this.
  • Valid and enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in residential care for children
  • Full UK Driving License
  • The ability to provide consistency of care and support to the young people.

The duties of the Deputy Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing OFSTED visits and audits
  • Establishing and maintaining good quality practice in Residential care and education
  • Ensure the positive development of young people in their care
  • Using the community, supporting the social and learning aspects of young people
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the team
