Senior Management Opportunity

Salary up to £45,000 plus free holiday annually with additional leave

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to step into a more senior role.

Chase Recruitment are working with a successful and very busy travel company looking to appoint a new operational Manager within their contact centre.

As an experienced Contact Centre Manager, you'll be managing the leaders who head up each channel of the customer contact centre, so must have experience at this level. You should also be comfortable in presenting upwards at board level.

The Role and Responsibilities

  • Workflow Management - ensuring SLAs are met, monitoring and analysing Management Information
  • People Management - line manager for 4 channel managers, responsible for their development and objectives
  • Quality Management - completing daily, weekly and monthly controls and checks

The Person

  • Experience of managing first line managers in a contact centre and achieving KPIs
  • Engaging and confident - able to present to Senior Managers
  • Strong communicator able to build rapport

Occasional travel between sites may be required so transport is an advantage.
