Registered Manager - Leeds - Up to £45k and great benefits

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a career minded and caring individual looking for their next step in care with a position as a Registered Manager position in a Children's Home supporting young people with complex medical needs within the Leeds area.

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to run the service and lead a team with the support of the directors, we are accepting applications from Deputy Manager's looking for the next step.

As the Registered Manager, your role will be to ensure OFSTED requirements are met at all times and compliance is properly adhered to.

The ideal Registered Manager will have:

  • Experience working with children and young people with learning difficulties or complex needs
  • Will be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and either holding or willing to work towards a Level 5
  • Comprehensive understanding of Safeguarding and OSTED
  • A valid UK driving licence
