We have a fantastic opportunity for a Domiciliary Care Manager in the Loughborough area.
We are looking for a Registered Manager, or a Deputy with the right experience, who is driven and has a real passion for care to help with the set up of a new service. This will be a fantastic opportunity for you to set up the service as you want along with supportive directors and be fundamental the overall smooth running of the operation and day to day business.
As a Care Manager, you will be part of a network of offices across the UK as part of a team that puts its service users at the heart of all it does.
Your responsibilities as a Domiciliary Care Manager will include:
- Provide leadership, management and the highest level of support and training to the team to ensure the very best outcomes in everything they do.
- Taking ownership of achieving the highest levels of compliance with regards to regulations, laws, quality standards & policies
- Ability to complete and continuously improve the Assessments, Risk Assessments and Support Plans to ensure the outcome of the client is achieved and the customers' expectations are exceeded.
- To be a key figure in ensuring the business grows sustainably but in line with commercial targets.
For this role, the right Care Manager would need:
- Hold, or be working towards, a QCF Level 5 qualification in Care Leadership and Management.
- In depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores
- Management experience of service provision in the care industry is essential.
