We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join a national care provider in their homecare team to work both as part of a team and individually, ensuring that service users are receiving care of the highest quality. This is a full-time role with a brilliant bonus scheme in place for the right individual.
For this role you MUST have a full UK driving licence and access you your own vehicle. This role is typically office based, Monday to Friday, 9-5, with an on-call rota.
