We are currently looking for a Care Coordinator to work both as part of a team and individually to make sure that service users are receiving care of the highest quality. This is a full-time, office-based role based in Leeds with a brilliant bonus scheme in place for the right individual.
You'll be involved with the supervision and development of your staff, supporting them to achieve their full potential and willing to take a hands-on approach when necessary.
For this position, you MUST have a full and valid UK driving licence.
To qualify for this Care Coordinator position, you will need:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily and weekly deadlines
- Experience in a similar role
