Chase Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a Care Home based in Oxfordshire with their recruitment of Care Assistants.

Our client is looking to fill 3 new positions due to increased occupancy and are able to provide training to NVQ 3 level to any new staff members.

Duties include:-

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting.
  • Observe, monitor and record client's physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff.
  • Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.
  • Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of residents.
  • General care and assistance of residents - which can differ greatly dependent upon their needs

You will:

  • Be compassionate
  • Be honest, trustworthy and respectful
  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Be self-motivated
  • Have some care experience
  • Be able to cope with stress/pressure
