Our client is looking to fill 3 new positions due to increased occupancy and are able to provide training to NVQ 3 level to any new staff members.

Duties include:-
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting.
- Observe, monitor and record client's physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff.
- Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.
- Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of residents.
- General care and assistance of residents - which can differ greatly dependent upon their needs
You will:
- Be compassionate
- Be honest, trustworthy and respectful
- Have good literacy and numeracy skills
- Be self-motivated
- Have some care experience
- Be able to cope with stress/pressure
