Our client is looking to recruit Care Assistants/Support Workers to work with adults with complex and long term neurological conditions, which include multiple sclerosis, motor neuron disease, stroke, traumatic brain injury and dementia.

Duties include:
- Companionship - making the residents feel like they belong and are at home
- Empowering and supporting the residents to make their own choices.
- Helping residents with daily duties such as making breakfast and getting ready for bed
- Being supportive, caring and upbeat
- To support residents with personal rehabilitation plans and recording progress
