Care Assistants/Support Workers - St Noets, Cambridgeshire - Unqualified/Graduates welcome - £20,748 plus benefits

Our client is looking to recruit Care Assistants/Support Workers to work with adults with complex and long term neurological conditions, which include multiple sclerosis, motor neuron disease, stroke, traumatic brain injury and dementia.

Duties include:

  • Companionship - making the residents feel like they belong and are at home
  • Empowering and supporting the residents to make their own choices.
  • Helping residents with daily duties such as making breakfast and getting ready for bed
  • Being supportive, caring and upbeat
  • To support residents with personal rehabilitation plans and recording progress
