Salary with minimum realistic OTE £45,000 (uncapped commission)

Your Business Development experience may be in a professional services sector where you sell consultatively to senior-level contacts?

Or alternatively you may work within marketing or media sales, with an understanding of digital marketing products, and looking for the next step in your career?

The Role - Business Development Manager

  • You will generate quality leads by networking with prospects, and pitch the benefits of the agency services to businesses of all sizes
  • Through your lead generation, you'll help drive the agency forward
  • You'll utilise all communication tools - phone, email and networking events

The Person

  • Have a track record of successful new business sales
  • Be a real people-person and a strong communicator
  • Enjoy being part of a successful team and working collaboratively
  • Be self-motivated and ready to earn the uncapped bonus
